Customer support has at its disposal highly trained personnel and advanced software tools, its main strength being the strong link with the R&D structure.
EXAMINA is one of the few Companies involved in Automatic Tile selection systems, that has all its activities concentrated in the same location, close to Customers and Production sites.
This gives a real plus over competitors, enabling us to know in depth our clients' products, their organization, processes and issues, to promptly solve problems and to suggest appropriate modifications according to customer requirements.
EXAMINA offers a maintenance scheme that comprises all services, including scheduled and on-demand operation, spare parts and training, with problem solving on the call-out day.
This is possible because all systems have an advanced monitoring architecture which is built into the standard software.
It allows:
- Critical component monitoring
- Predictive analysis that identifies critical issues before they become actual faults
- Signaling structure via SMS and/or e-mail to eXamina office and to the Factory's technical services
